If you have phoned Diggy, you would have noticed that we have taken our services to a new level. As Diggy's goal is to achieve the highest and best level of support for you, we have offered you quicker and more efficient means to report and resolve any issues.


We have streamlined our technical support and help desk facilities to better accommodate your needs by improving our new ticket system which benefits you in that:

  • you need to explain your problem once only
  • the time you spend on your problem is minimal
  • your problem is understood clearly, concisely and documented with accuracy
  • your problem can be dealt with the relevant department/consultant only

So make the most of our efficient system to log ALL your problems and concerns by emailing Diggy on  helpdesk@diggy.com.au where our consultants are ever too ready to help you.

If you do have an urgent problem that needs to be explained verbally then please phone Diggy on our new number : 1300 DIGGY 4 or 1300 34 44 94.

You will be prompted for a response which most suits your enquiry:

  • Press 1 for Sales
  • Press 2 for Accounts
  • Press 3 for Support
  • Enter the extention number of the person you wish to speak to
  • Hold the line and the first available Consultant will take your call

Database Server Upgrade coming soon !

Diggy will continue developing new and better services throughout December and January. We will be upgrading the Database server, which eBM (eBusiness Manager) utilises, to use state of the art hardware.

Diggy aims at continuously improving our services and products. As Diggy's customer base continues to grow it is necessary to upgrade our database server for faster, robust and more memory efficient servers to allow us to provide higher quality service to you.

Diggy will be investing again to implement a few more servers over the next few months to continually increase efficiency and reliability. Diggy is committed to upgrading to newer and better servers. Hence, serving you better.

New Google Rules
As predicted in our previous newsletter, Google has performed a major update which has affected your website as well as billions of other pages in their search index.

Latest update brought massive reductions to the green bar of majority of websites on the Internet. The nature of the update is effectively in the way Google recognises the reputation of websites on the internet and how they determine the site’s relevance.

There are reported cases of changes in search result page positions and lower traffic.

We are pleased to report that most Diggy clients remain highly ranked, but there are a few who have been affected and we are working hard to increase their results.
