Business Voice over IP Solutions

PBX Solutions that give you choices, significant call cost savings and access to new integrated services. With our growing customer requirements Diggy have identified three different VoIP solutions that fit into business today.

Analogue/BRI Digital PBX Solution

Designed to be simple, inexpensive, fast to install and surprisingly quick to recoup costs – the analog telephone adapter is a great way to save on local and long distance phone calls by utilizing VoIP calling. The ATA device will accept any standard telephone and/or fax machine and users will see no noticeable difference in voice quality. Calls are made via the Internet to any phone in the public telephone network. This scenario ensures a low risk solution whilst providing tangible cost savings that can be experienced within 1 month of deployment. This solution can handle 2-8 standard telephone ports on the device. In place of the 2 port ATA device, a 4 port Quadro IP PBX device or a Vega 50 VoIP gateway is used for supporting up to 4 ISDN BRI lines.

PRI/Digital PBX Solution

For businesses that already contain an existing digital PBX system (traditional telephone switch) but wish to realize cost savings from VoIP calls, the installation of a Vega 400 VoIP gateway can meet this need. The Vega 400 is a VoIP gateway that can handle anywhere from 15-120 simultaneous voice channels over VoIP. It will interface either to the existing PBX systems or directly to the Public Switched Telephone System via T1/E1 interfaces to provide VoIP calling.

IP PBX Scenario with the Quadro

Small to medium businesses that require more functionality and flexibility in their telecommunication services may consider an IP PBX solution. IP PBXs come in different capacities, depending on business need. They will supply up to 70 private extensions, accept up to 4 incoming telephone lines from the telecom vendor, supply up to 16 conventional telephone ports and up to 48 IP phones. In addition, voice mail and many other PBX features are supported. This solution ensures a low on-going call cost by utilizing the Internet for local and long distance calls while still providing all the advanced functionality of a fully fledged PBX. The Internet based IP PBX system allows configuration and management from anywhere in the world, increasing flexibility for the end-user.
