[edit] How to Log into eBM

You can log in to eBM through your website or through Diggy's website.

[edit] Logging in through your website

1. Open your web Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox).
2. Go to your website
3. Scroll down to the bottom of your website and locate the Login hyperlink.
4. Click on 'Login'
5. Type in your valid eBM username and password and click on 'Enter eBM' button.

p.s. do not hit 'Enter' key as this does not submit your login.

1. Go to http://www.diggy.com.au in your Internet Browser.
2. Type in your valid eBM username and password and click on 'LOG IN' button.

[edit] Having difficulties logging into eBM?

[edit] Failed login

If the system is telling you that your Login failed, please check your username and password. The username is usually your email address (e.g. user@yourdomain.com.au) but the password is not necessarily the same as your email password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by entering your eBM username into the box and click "Retrieve Password".

[edit] Only getting a blank web page?

If you're getting just a blank web page but no eBM, you might have popups blocked. Your computer should be showing a message that the popup has been blocked and by following its prompts you can allow popups for eBM.
